Coordinator, Client Partnerships

ADWEEK is seeking a Coordinator, Client Partnerships to support the team in the execution of sponsorships and the maintenance of strong post-sale relationships with our partners. This role provides broad exposure to ADWEEK's full portfolio of products, including events, digital media, branded content, podcasts, and more , while also giving the Coordinator the opportunity to independently lead execution on a select group of smaller sponsorship accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to build foundational account management experience while working closely with, and learning from, a collaborative team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Client Partnerships team across a broad portfolio of client accounts, assisting with day-to-day account management and campaign execution. Independently lead execution on a select group of smaller sponsorship accounts , serving as the primary point of contact for those clients and managing them from kickoff through completion. Assist with the execution of sponsorships across ADWEEK's portfolio, with exposure to events, podcasts, digital media, branded content, and print. Build working knowledge of ADWEEK's offerings and capabilities to support the team's expanding responsibilities and grow into a broader account management role. Support client communications, including scheduling kickoff meetings, project timelines, asset collection, and post-campaign reporting. Assist in monitoring campaign performance and compiling data and insights for the wider team. Maintain accurate tracking of inventory, campaign details, and client contracts using project management and CRM tools. Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including sales, creative, editorial, events, and marketing teams —to support seamless execution. Provide general organizational and administrative support to the Client Partnerships team as needed. On occasion, may support select ADWEEK events on-site ; with potential for travel

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role within the marketing, advertising, media, or events industry (relevant internship experience considered). Interest in developing expertise in digital media, branded content, events, and sponsorship activations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail , with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client service and problem-solving. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ; familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr ADWEEK
