What You’ll Be DoingAs our Night Auditor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing end-of-day audits to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitoring and reconciling daily transactions.
- Assisting guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, and any overnight inquiries.
- Maintaining the security and safety of the property during your shift.
- Utilizing computer systems and various software to manage reservations, payments, and reports.
- Collaborating with other team members to uphold our high standards of customer service.
We’re seeking someone with the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency with computers and various software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanor to interact with guests and team members.
- No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
