Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Evening Shift

Job Summary:

At Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our evening shift team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting their overall well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with transferring patients, lifting, and moving them safely
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Support patients with daily living activities, such as mealtime and toileting
Participate in patient care conferences and develop individualized care plans
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Working Environment:

Evening shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
