What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive eye care services, including exams, assessments, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
• Utilize EMR systems efficiently; will receive training/shadowing
• Communicate effectively with a diverse patient population, with a preference for Spanish speakers
• Manage scheduling and patient flow in a new facility setting
• Document patient encounters accurately and securely

What You Need:

Required:

• Licensed Optometrist in PA or eligible for licensure
• Minimum 2 years of optometry experience
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Drive-in candidates or those local to Allentown
• Experience in a hospital or clinic environment
