Responsibilities: Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral to kickstart their recovery journey. Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Deliver top-quality physical therapy services to help patients regain mobility. Train & supervise Restorative Aides and PT Assistants, fostering a collaborative environment. Communicate progress, challenges, and treatment modifications with health team members. Participate in care conferences & rehab planning for comprehensive patient support. Educate patients and families on maintenance programs for continued healing. Assist in discharge planning and recommend essential mobility equipment. Why Join Us?
