This opportunity lets you assemble quality products using hand tools, mechanical skills, and detailed work instructions while helping keep production running efficiently.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Experience RequirementsMinimum 1 year of electrical assembly or related experienceAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, travelers, and technical documentsExperience with soldering, desoldering, and electronic component assemblyProficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical test equipmentBasic math and measurement skillsJob DutiesAssemble electrical panels, circuit boards, and related components according to schematics, drawings, and work ordersPull required parts from inventory and complete assemblies following established job sequences and quality standardsPerform soldering, desoldering, wiring, and component installationInspect and test assemblies to ensure proper function and workmanshipComplete production documentation, production cards, and inventory transactions accuratelyMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaWork closely with team members and follow direction from supervisors and lead personnelSupport Lean, Kaizen, and 6S initiatives for continuous improvementPerform other duties as assignedPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred.Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial.Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Electrical Assembler.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Manufacturing Environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development.Jump on board and see why 8 out of 10 folks say they'd tell their best buddy to work at Staffmark too.
