Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Role Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) Responsibilities Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care, including daily rounding on patients, documenting progress and admission notes, ordering tests, medications, and procedures. Perform ICU procedures such as arterial line placement, central line placement, and cardioversion. Manage both general cardiology service line cases and consultations. Qualifications & Skills Board certification, active North Carolina license, DEA license, and certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred. Key Duties Cover mostly day shifts, supporting a 7-day schedule with 12-hour shifts. Credentialing within 60 days. Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
