Human Resources GeneralistNextStep Recruiting is partnering with a confidential client to identify a Human Resources Generalist for its Fort Worth corporate office. This role will support a broad range of HR functions with a strong focus on payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, compensation, and employee support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning critical HR processes in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage bi-weekly payroll processing, employee data changes, payroll reconciliations, and related reportingAdminister employee benefits, including enrollment, employee questions, annual renewals, COBRA, and vendor coordinationMaintain HRIS data, onboard new hires, generate reports, and ensure accurate employee records and system accessCoordinate FMLA, disability, and other leave programs while maintaining compliance and documentationSupport compensation reviews, employee wellness and engagement initiatives, and other HR projectsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field3-5 years of Human Resources experience preferredHands-on experience with payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and employee leave programsStrong organizational, communication, and analytical skills with excellent attention to detailPaylocity experience and HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plusNextStep Recruiting provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics or sexual orientation.
