Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: Starting at $29.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Flexible between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Project Support/Specialist to support a leading healthcare organization in Houston, TX . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys coordinating schedules, assisting candidates and physicians, and supporting a professional interview process.

Responsibilities

• Support the scheduling and coordination of Fellowship interviews .

   

• Communicate interview details and provide assistance to candidates throughout the interview process.

   

• Greet and assist candidates when they arrive on-site for interviews.

   

• Support physicians and other healthcare professionals during the interview process.

   

• Coordinate interview schedules and help ensure appointments run smoothly and efficiently.

   

• Provide general administrative and project support as needed.

   

• Maintain accurate scheduling information and documentation.

   

• Communicate professionally with candidates, physicians, and internal team members.

   

• Assist with other project-related tasks and duties as assigned.

   

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

   

• General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

   

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

   

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

   

• Professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor.

   

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

   

• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.

   

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

   

• 2 years previous healthcare, administrative, scheduling, or project support experience preferred.
