Ti occuperai di gestire a 360° gradi i mandati di Ricerca & Selezione, attivati individualmente o tramite la collaborazione con i colleghi, con specifica attenzione a tutti le fasi del processo: Stesura e negoziazione della job description confrontandoti con il Cliente; Pubblicazione dell'annuncio e ricerca attiva sulle principali job board; Elaborazione della rosa di candidature e presentazione delle stesse all'azienda Cliente, Accompagnamento dei candidati durante tutto l' iter di selezione fino alla formulazione dell'offerta economica. Fissare appuntamenti commerciali presso aziende clienti o prospect; Effettuare visite con approccio consulenziale volte a supportare il cliente a 360° in ambito HR; Fare accordi commerciali . Cercheremo in te il talento di: Operare con scrupolo e dedizione, curando le singole attività con passione e professionalità ; Agire intensamente, con autonomia e con responsabilità ; Gestire progetti, clienti e candidati ; Utilizzare le più efficaci tecniche di recruiting , screening e valutazione delle candidature nei processi di selezione; #J-18808-Ljbffr
