Role OverviewThe Customer Experience Business Process Lead will represent the customer experience function within the group’s SAP structure. The functional scope explicitly identified in the conversation includes pricing, discounting, and customer contacts.The role will work between the customer experience organization, the divisions, and the enterprise SAP team to understand current processes and determine how they should operate in S/4. [Apex Syste...- SAP COE | Word]Key ResponsibilitiesWork with customer experience stakeholders to understand current processes.Support processes associated with pricing, discounting, and customer contacts.Help determine how customer experience processes should operate in S/4.Evaluate whether SAP should be configured or whether a business process change is more appropriate.Present options and explain the implications of each available approach.Serve as a liaison between customer experience stakeholders and the enterprise SAP team.Promote standard SAP functionality when it appropriately supports the business.Ensure division-level customer experience processes remain aligned with Parker’s needs.Influence enterprise SAP decisions when customer experience requirements need to be considered.Provide level-one support to customer experience users.Help users understand how to perform relevant activities in SAP.Escalate technical bugs to the corporate SAP team.Support divisions preparing for or undergoing go-liveEverforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
