Harrison County Hospital is hiring a MLT, Medical Lab Tech Part-time for onsite evening/night coverage in Corydon, IN (2431 hours/week). This role supports accurate, timely laboratory information for diagnosis, treatment, and patient monitoring. Key responsibilities include specimen collection and processing; performing laboratory tests and reporting results; and completing essential lab operations such as inventory management and supply ordering, quality control and proficiency testing, competency support, procedure development, and performance improvement activities.

Required qualifications/skills:

• AMT or ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist
• Qualified as CLIA88 General Supervisor/testing personnel
• Associates or Bachelors degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology
• 13 years of clinical hospital experience preferred
• Completion of annual PPD testing and annual fire/safety training
• Adherence to the hospital Corporate Compliance Plan
