Treatment spaces are designed for functional training, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise, with access to contemporary modalities and equipment to help patients meet their goals efficiently and safely.In this role, you will manage a primarily orthopedic outpatient caseload that may include post-operative patients, sports-related injuries, spine conditions, work-related injuries, and general musculoskeletal dysfunction. You will be responsible for comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, delivering hands-on treatment, progressing therapeutic exercise programs, and providing patient education focused on long-term self-management and injury prevention. You will collaborate with referring physicians, athletic trainers, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient outcomes.A typical day includes performing initial evaluations, supervising and progressing follow-up visits, documenting in the EMR, communicating with referral sources, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Patient scheduling is structured to allow appropriate one-on-one time, and the clinic culture emphasizes professional growth, consistent feedback, and shared decision-making among therapists. The environment is traveler-friendly and welcoming to clinicians interested in building their outpatient experience within a larger, well-organized system.Shifts are generally aligned with standard outpatient hours, which may include a mix of morning and evening appointments to accommodate patient needs. Weekend coverage is limited and scheduled in advance as needed. Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient License and OP experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications

Travel experience is preferred
