Job Details

Rampoldi is Seeking Servers for our new opening restaurant in New York City.

Monte Carlo Hospitality Group team brings to the United States the rich culinary tradition of Franco-Italian gourmet style and the well established experience gained in the luxury sector with the Rampoldi restaurant in Monaco, creating a truly recognizable brand. The Rampoldi restaurant, the heart and founder of the project, was opened in 1946 and is now the oldest, recognzied and celebrated institution in Monaco, awarded with a Michelin star, and since 1970 the New York Times has regularly recommended its readers to pay a visit to the Rampoldi restaurant on thier triops to the Cote d'Azur.

Ideal Candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics:

Possess an acute knowledge on how to enhance guest experience
Demonstrate competency in all steps of service
Have a passion for food, beverage and hospitality
Maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage program
Consistently provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in a high volume restaurant
* Must be able to follow direction and communicate effectively
* Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency
* Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
* Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude
* Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
* available to work weekends
*Bilingual English /Spanish a plus
