Internal Logistics Coordinator

The Internal Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for prioritizing and transferring material from warehouse to production site in a timely manner. The candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy for outbound material. This role requires an exceptional organizational skillset, understanding, and prioritizing production needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and respond to eAndons and Smartsheet requests for both ITR and CBR businesses
  • Prioritize picking of material based on production needs and coordinate the picking with material handlers for staging
  • Lead scheduling for trucks and prioritize material delivery to main site by coordinating with inventory team and leads as needed
  • Ensure staging area for trucks is organized, safe, and clean
  • Ensure good visual management for outbound material
  • Ensure SAP transactions are completed as needed for outbound material and work with inventory team for corrective actions
  • Point of contact for main site for all incoming communication regarding material deliveries
  • Support inventory operations as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

High school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Inventory/warehousing Inventory SAP Experience

Desired Characteristics:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • SAP MM, WM module experience
  • Expert level knowledge of SAP
  • Math proficiency
  • Familiarity with ERP and data entry systems
  • Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
  • Able to sit, walk, move around for long hours at a time
  • Must be willing to travel to offsite warehouse and main site as needed
