About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: LTAC Duration: 6 months Shift: 07:00-19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in LTAC License: Ohio RN or multi-state RN license required Certifications: ACLS & BLS (must be through the American Heart Association) Must-Have: - Vent/trach experience - LTAC experience in a hospital setting Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care. This role maintains clinical competencies through continuing education. The nurse delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available. The position provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
