Bachelors Degree in Nursing required. Graduate Degree, preferred.Experience: Two years demonstrated leadership experience, preferred. Three years clinical RN experience in an acute care setting, preferred.Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096.Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
