Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver for Mobile Patrol in Russellville AR you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol professional at a dynamic food and beverage location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support access awareness interact with employees and visitors and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production warehouse parking and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points verify entry and exit activity and support visitor employee and delivery processing in accordance with site rules.
• Document observations incidents and/or maintenance or hazard concerns and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
