Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage a varied caseload with compassion and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with school staff and families to ensure interventions are effectively implemented
