Client & Sales Specialist – AGOLDE Melrose Place Flagship

Salary: $24-$28 per hour

AGOLDE is seeking a passionate and service-driven Client & Sales Specialist to join our Melrose Place flagship in West Hollywood. More than a traditional retail store, the AGOLDE flagship serves as a destination for fashion, culture, art, and community, showcasing our women's and men's collections alongside a curated edit of jewelry, wellness, and are. 

As a Client & Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated customer experience, building meaningful client relationships, and driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys creating genuine connections, and thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Job Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to every guest

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients through personalized outreach and follow-up

• Drive sales through clienteling, styling recommendations, and product knowledge

• Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect the AGOLDE brand and values

• Assist with styling appointments, VIP shopping experiences, and store events

• Develop a strong understanding of seasonal collections, product details, and brand storytelling

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support floor presentation

• Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and operational tasks

• Support the execution of store activations, community events, and special projects

• Collaborate with the store team to achieve individual and store sales goals

• Help bring to life the culture, values, and creative vision of AGOLDE

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of retail, client services, hospitality, or luxury customer experience preferred

• Passion for fashion, design, culture, and customer service

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Natural ability to build relationships and create a welcoming environment

• Experience with clienteling or personal styling is a plus

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

• Understanding, appreciation, and articulation of the AGOLDE brand

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
