About the Role As a Custodian, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence and strategic direction of Meridian. You will: Perform cleaning in one or more Center buildings Maintain adequate inventory of janitorial supplies such as cleaner, paper goods, etc. Perform custodial functions such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning lavatories and equipment, etc Ensure all required safety standards are in accordance with CARF requirements What We're Looking For Cleaning experience in commercial and custodial settings Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently Familiarity with floor care techniques and janitorial practices Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standard What You'll Love About Working at Meridian Vibrant Culture: Friendly, flexible, and engaging work environment with regular celebrations and wellness events.
