Collections Representative (UT)

Working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT, the full-time Collections Representative (UT) will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing top-tier support to customers. Key responsibilities Handle outbound and inbound calls for account collections Deliver exceptional customer support and service Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program Required qualifications Prior customer service and collections experience High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to work with multiple software applications simultaneously Must be 18 years or older Stable wired internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
