Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Branch Manager for our traffic control client to start immediately at $75k-$90k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Branch Manager provides leadership for the daily operations of branch crews, equipment, and field activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer expectations. This position is also responsible for employee development and training, as well as the broader management of branch safety, staffing, financial performance, compliance, and operational execution.

We are looking for a hands-on operations leader with strong business and financial judgment, excellent customer-service abilities, and the capacity to balance corporate objectives with customer requirements and available local resources. This is an active, working-manager position that requires direct involvement in traffic-control and field operations. The ideal candidate is a driven, practical leader who performs well in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and is dedicated to continuous operational improvement.

• Crew and Equipment Leadership: Manage field crews and equipment across remote locations to ensure work is performed efficiently and customer expectations are met.
• Customer and Municipal Relationships: Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and municipal representatives; coordinate project notifications, obtain required permits, and support regulatory compliance.
• Problem Solving and Decision-Making: Evaluate field and operational issues promptly, use sound independent judgment, and implement practical solutions.
• Personnel and Scheduling: Create and maintain employee schedules, plan labor requirements, and ensure required project documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Project Planning and Execution: Organize, schedule, and oversee projects to improve productivity, manage costs, and support timely completion.
• Staffing and Performance Management: Evaluate employee skills and performance, participate in hiring and termination decisions, and provide appropriate training, coaching, and development.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure consistent adherence to company safety policies, DOT requirements, industry standards, and all other applicable regulations.
• Schedule Flexibility: Maintain availability to support demanding operational schedules, including evening, weekend, and emergency project requirements.
• Procurement and Financial Reporting: Coordinate the ordering of necessary materials, oversee billing-related activities, and maintain accurate revenue projections and forecasts.
• Travel: Travel as necessary to support project oversight, field operations, and branch-management responsibilities.

Location: Buda, TX

Schedule/Shift Details: First Shift

• Overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline preferred.
• At least 10 years of traffic-control and safety experience preferred, including direct crew-level work and formal industry training.
• At least 10 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Models a strong commitment to safety, ethical conduct, and work-life balance.
• Communicates effectively and earns the confidence of employees, vendors, customers, and agency partners.
• Builds collaborative, high-performing teams while making timely and well-informed decisions.
• Takes ownership of branch financial performance, with particular attention to profitability and cash flow.
• Represents the company professionally in all interactions with customers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Thorough knowledge of state regulations governing traffic-control devices, materials, and related applications.
• Active participation in relevant industry associations, coalitions, and state DOT partnerships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Viewpoint software is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to understand and work with balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
