Floor Technician

Margate Health & Rehabilitation located in beautiful Jefferson North Carolina is currently seeking a full time Floor Technician (Floor Tech) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. Responsibilities Taking out the trash Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing various floor surfaces Stripping and waxing qualifying floor surfaces Cross‑training in Housekeeping and Laundry should the need to float arise Assist with room moves of residents Assist with discharge cleaning of residents’ rooms, which would include boxing of items and moving furniture Other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director Minimal maintenance responsibilities in case of an emergency or need arises Qualifications 1 year of experience (preferred) Customer service oriented, ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong problem‑solving skills, flexible and dependable At SanStone Health & Rehabilitation, we offer employment opportunities in North Carolina that are filled with purpose.
