This position offers flexibility based on your strengths and career goals. Some team members operate in a 100% sales-focused role with no physical installation work required , while others choose a hybrid approach—handling both sales and select installations to maximize their earning potential.

Our commission structure is designed to reward performance, with  earning opportunities up to 24% commission for team members who participate in installations tied to the work they sell . Whether your strength is sales, technical skill, or a combination of both, we’ll help create a path that fits you.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate residential plumbing needs
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally
• Build trust with customers through education and solution-based recommendations
• Create accurate estimates and close sales opportunities
• Collaborate with plumbing technicians and installation teams
• Maintain strong communication with dispatch and management
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Participate in ongoing sales and technical training

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential plumbing sales or in-home service sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
• Ability to explain solutions in a clear, customer-friendly way
• Organized, professional, and dependable
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Military experience welcomed and encouraged
