Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Deliver patient care for medical telemetry units
• Monitor and respond to heart telemetry
• Collaborate with the charge nurse for patient assignments
• Work collaboratively with nurse aids/patient care techs
• Adhere to floating and weekend assignments as required
• Utilize EPIC charting system for documentation

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active IL RN license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience in a similar acute Med Surg setting
