Schedule: This role follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts that require prolonged periods of standing and active movement. Candidates with prior experience working comparable extended-shift schedules will be strongly preferred. Available shifts include: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium) 7:00 am - 7:00 pm What we offer… Pay starting at $21.07 per hour, with an additional $2/hour shift premium for overnight shifts Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more! Weekly pay + raises and advancement potential A supportive and inclusive work culture that prioritizes safety Paid holidays and PTO What you’ll do… Operate and monitor high-speed equipment Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines Perform quality checks and basic maintenance Log production data and follow safety/GMP procedures Use SAP and on-machine computer/tablet systems to: Document machine performance Log downtime, issues, and production updates Input and track real-time operational data What you’ll need… Level I: Entry-level; basic mechanical aptitude and math skills Level II: 2+ years of experience or technical training Level III: 3+ years of experience with specialized machinery (e.g., thermoforming, injection molding) All Levels: Basic computer and typing skills required (experience using tablets, production systems, or data entry strongly preferred) Ability to accurately document machine activity and issues in real time Overview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
