Role Overview Passavant Memorial Homes is one of the foremost, consumer‑focused providers of support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs. Job Summary We are seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated individuals to fill full‑time Direct Support Professional positions in Oakdale within a Personal Care Home. Duties and Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal care (bathing, shaving, dressing, oral hygiene, etc.) Provide a safe, healthy, and clean living environment Perform needed housekeeping duties Assist with activities of daily living: shopping, care of personal possessions, telephone use, social/leisure activities Observe for behavioral and physical changes and report as appropriate Contribute to the development of the treatment plan Maintain records for individuals following established documentation methods Required Skills and Knowledge Minimum age 18 years Valid driver’s license High School Diploma or equivalent At least 6 months’ experience working directly with individuals in a personal care setting Benefits Competitive wages: $19.00 an hour Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage Generous PTO package 401(k) retirement plan Dynamic and supportive work environment Career development and advancement opportunities, including nationally recognized certifications through the National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) Tuition assistance: up to $3,000 per year for full‑time employees, up to $1,500 per year for part‑time employees Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility One‑time $3,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions (payment schedule described below) Sign‑on bonus details: Prospective employees hired for a full‑time Direct Support Professional position will receive a $3,000 sign‑on bonus. 25% ($750) paid after 30 calendar days, remaining 75% ($2,250) after 119 calendar days, contingent on attending orientation.
