Production Assistant
Koffee Kult
Essential Responsibilities: Weighs, bags, grinds, labels, and packs packages coffee. Assist in the roasting preparation and production. Lifting of green, feeding beans into the hopper, oversight of the roaster profiles and schedule. Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of all coffee roastery & production equipment Other Responsibilities: Participates in daily cupping to ensure quality output. Other duties as assigned by management. Assists in the shipping of goods as needed Communicates inventory levels to the manager. Skills: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Able to stand for 6 to 8 hours a day. Able to work in a warm/hot environment. Thoroughness, high productivity standards, and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. or 1- 2 years equivalent applicable work experience Experience: No prior experience necessary other than the strong desire to work. #J-18808-Ljbffr Koffee Kult
