Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recent ER nursing experience (5+ years in large facility settings highly preferred)
• Active KS or compact state RN license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC
• Exceptional adaptability and quick critical thinking
• Willingness to float only in rare cases
• Not open to new graduates

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to diverse patient populations in a busy ER
• Collaborate closely with doctors and other nurses to produce best patient outcomes
• Respond expertly to emergencies and multi-patient situations
• Participate in on-call rotations (one shift per week) and as-needed weekends and holidays
• Complete orientation on Mondays; ensure credentials are submitted by the Wednesday prior to start
