As a Medication Aide/Med Tech, you ensure residents receive medications and treatments safely, accurately, and with dignity.What You’ll Do:• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time• Observe residents during and after medication passes• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief• Report refusals or concerns promptly• Complete narcotic counts per policy• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms• Follow infection control and safety standardsYou play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through attention to detail and regulatory compliance.What We’re Looking For:• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+• Medication Administration certification• CPR and First Aid certification• Strong documentation and communication skills• Senior care experience preferredMedication Aide / Med Tech – Deliver Safe, Accurate Medication Care for Our ResidentsMedication Aide | Med Tech | Medication Technician | Medication Administration | Senior Living | Resident Care # **Pay Range:**16.40 - 20.55*Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?* As part of our team, you will help brighten the future for everyone at Sunrise and beyond.
