Impact: Ensures all orders are entered and fulfilled accurately, directly leading to customer satisfaction and loyalty What You’ll Do Order Entry: Administer sales orders with precision and attention to detail. Order Management: Monitor and track orders, providing timely status updates to Account Executives and customers. Customer Support: Provide top-tier support to Majestic customers while effectively promoting our brand, products, and services. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all important activities in our CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and participate in additional job‑related responsibilities as assigned. Who We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members at all levels; strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities; adaptability to change in a fast‑paced environment. What Makes You Stand Out Two (2) years of customer support experience. Two (2) years of experience with flat steel products.
