Talent Acquisition Specialist — Candidate & Growth

UNKNOWN

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Recruiting Administrator to support internal and external candidates for corporate non-exempt and entry level exempt positions. You will screen, schedule, conduct, and document pre-qualification interviews and remove candidates who do not meet minimum requirements, communicating outcomes per Peopleclick/BlueRecruit standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related experience, proficiency with Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes, and a strong #J-18808-Ljbffr UNKNOWN
