Private Client Services Associate Attorney - Midlevel
Direct Counsel represents a leading national law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Services Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Private Client Services Group.
The Role
- Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate and tax planning.
- Handle complex trust and estate administration, including trust modifications and decanting.
- Advise on business interests, unique assets, transfer tax matters, and family office structures.
- Assist with tax controversy matters before the IRS.
- Work directly with clients and experienced attorneys on sophisticated private client matters.
Qualifications
- 46 years of trust and estate planning/administration experience.
- Strong transactional and estate planning background.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $365,000$420,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
