Overview Lead Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – 10270 Blacklick, Eastern Road NW, Pickerington, OH 43147. Pay $22–23 per hour. Observe self‑administration of medications and provide overnight care in a safe, therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure the safety and well‑being of residents throughout the night. Conduct routine room checks and maintain accurate documentation. Support residents in adhering to treatment plans and facility rules. Assist with crisis intervention and de‑escalation techniques when necessary. Communicate effectively with clinical staff and participate in shift‑change reports. Maintain a clean, structured, and therapeutic environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred. Previous experience in behavioral health, residential care, or similar setting is a plus. Ability to remain alert and responsive during overnight hours. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
