What We’re Looking For CDL‑A license, 2 years 1‑2 years of coast‑to‑coast long‑haul experience Experience with flatbed, step deck, or double drop freight Solid freight securement and tarping skills (in all weather) Clean MVR with no OWIs in the past 5 years Strong math, problem‑solving, and communication skills Reliable, disciplined, and passionate about your craft If you’re looking for easy dock bumping and door swinging, this isn’t it.
