Plusses:\n\t• Raw material procurement or ingredient sourcing experience\n\t• Manufacturing, food production, nutrition, or CPG industry experience\n\t• ERP experience (SAP preferred; AS400 a plus)\n\t• Supplier management, vendor onboarding, forecasting, or supplier scorecard experience\n\t• Experience supporting sourcing initiatives, RFX processes, or strategic procurement projects\n\t• Accounts Payable discrepancy resolution and supplier issue management experience\n\t• Knowledge of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM)\n\t• Power BI or other reporting/analytics tool experience

Job Description

Day-to-Day:\n\t• Manage raw material procurement processes, supplier onboarding, and sourcing workflows.\n\t• Support new product introductions and coordinate approvals across Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Product Development teams.\n\t• Maintain supplier relationships, forecasts, scorecards, and procurement documentation.\n\t• Resolve supplier, inventory, pricing, and invoice-related issues to support manufacturing operations.\n\t• Support strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, and supply chain risk management activities.\nMaintain ERP and inventory data while driving procurement process improvements and standardization efforts.\n\nInsight Global is seeking a Procurement Coordinator for a top food ingredients and nutrition manufacturing client. This candidate will support the North American Procurement team by managing critical raw material procurement processes, workflow approvals, supplier communications, documentation management, and cross-functional coordination efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while partnering with Procurement, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams.
