Bookkeeper Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our day-to-day accounting operations in our Phoenix/Scottsdale office. This role is focused on executing core financial processes with consistency and accuracy, while supporting the broader operational workflow of the organization. Responsibilities:

• Process incoming checks, including scanning, depositing, and recording transactions
• Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems
• Support accounts payable processes, including invoice entry and tracking
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Provide backup accounting support for Auxana Legal operations
• Assist with routine reconciliations and basic bookkeeping functions
• Help ensure financial data integrity across systems and processes
• Support general accounting and administrative needs as required

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• Comfortable executing repeatable, process-driven tasks
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Preferred Tools & Software:

• QuickBooks
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Office Suite

Work Environment:

• In-office role based in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area
