- Dentrix
- Eaglesoft
- Open Dental
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of specific dental front-desk experience is required.
Software: Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a deep understanding of dental billing and insurance coding.
Mindset: A patient-centered professional who can work independently while remaining a vital part of a collaborative team.
Job Description
Patient Experience: Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they walk in.
Schedule Management: Take full ownership of the appointment calendar, optimizing scheduling for maximum efficiency and seamless patient flow.
Insurance & Billing: Handle complex insurance verifications, address patient inquiries regarding coverage, and process daily financial reports and payments.
Communication Hub: Manage multi-line phones and coordinate effectively between the clinical staff and patients.
Compliance & Records: Maintain meticulous patient records while ensuring 100% HIPAA compliance.
