Operations AnalystInsight Global is seeking Operations Analysts to join a leading global investment bank and financial institution for an on-site contract opportunity in Dallas. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and processing netting and collateral enforceability data inputs for trading across asset classes. The role centers on ensuring requirements are met, analyzing data, regulatory implications, and flagging required actions.Responsibilities include:Review trading positions to determine legal exposure and eligibility for netting.When exposures arise, the legal team reviews the specific fact pattern of each trading position and compares it against established legal playbooks to confirm whether netting opinions are positive.Ensure legal elections and netting sets are accurately captured in internal systems, with downstream impacts to risk, leverage, and regulatory capital metrics.This includes trading positions across products, including forwards, options, futures, stock loans, repos, prime brokerage products, secured loans, and financing transactions.Candidates should demonstrate clear ability to interpret structured guidance and work precisely.
