This is a fully remote content marketing opportunity supporting both B2C and B2B audiences across North America. You'll play a key role in shaping brand voice, creating compelling stories, and connecting audiences through relevant digital content. The position combines content creation, social media management, SEO, public relations, analytics, and broader content strategy. You'll collaborate with marketing, design, business development, and operations teams to ensure consistent and engaging messaging. Your work will span social platforms, blogs, email campaigns, press releases, and other marketing channels. The role is well suited to a creative and detail-oriented marketer who enjoys a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects. You'll have the opportunity to directly influence audience engagement, brand visibility, and marketing performance in a collaborative remote team.

Accountabilities:

• Create high-quality, original, and engaging content for social media, blogs, press releases, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Plan and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and respond professionally to comments, questions, and messages.
• Write, edit, proofread, and publish blog content aligned with brand voice, audience needs, marketing objectives, and SEO best practices.
• Conduct keyword research and apply content optimization techniques to improve organic visibility and engagement.
• Draft press releases supporting company announcements, launches, events, and other newsworthy initiatives.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Monitor content performance, analyze engagement and other relevant metrics, and provide reports and recommendations to improve future content.
• Partner with graphic design, business development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
• Use content and social media management tools to organize publishing workflows and maintain an effective content calendar.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines effectively, and contribute to additional marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in content marketing, social media management, communications, or a related discipline.
• Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content adapted to different audiences, channels, and formats.
• Practical knowledge of major social media platforms and social media or blog management tools.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
• Experience using graphic design or content creation tools such as Canva.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
• Creative, curious, and analytical mindset with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM or marketing platform is a plus.
• Spanish-language proficiency or bilingual English/Spanish capability is a plus.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada without employer sponsorship.
