Surgical Care Pharmacist — Advanced Medication Therapy
OHSU School of Dentistry
Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a licensed pharmacist to ensure safe medication distribution for various patient demographics. The role requires advanced knowledge in pharmacy practice, and strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include monitoring therapeutic responses, participating in patient education, and managing medication protocols during transitions of care.
