Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Security Patrol in Springfield, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, document observations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, office spaces, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site-specific access control procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
