Required Qualifications 1+ year of leadership experience (coaching, training, or motivating a team). Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of clients. Collaborative skills, building and nurturing strong relationships. Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives. Confidence in identifying solutions for clients, resolving problems independently or bringing in others as needed. Effective communication skills, comfortable engaging all clients. Ability to learn, adapt to new information and technology platforms. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs. Adherence to established processes and guidelines, following laws and regulations. Efficient time and capacity management, prioritizing tasks, delegating, and executing in a fast‑paced environment. Desired Qualifications 1+ year of management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports. Experience in financial services, knowledge of industry products and solutions. Shift and Hours First shift (U.S.) – 40 hours per week. Pay and Benefits Annual salary range: $76,500.00 – $109,200.00 (based on experience). Includes discretionary annual award eligibility.
