Job Description Job Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)  Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Department: Clinical Operations Employment Type: Full-Time About the Position We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and patient-focused Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our busy medical practice. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent patient care, and supporting providers and staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Patient Care Room patients and prepare them for provider visits. Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, and patient history. Assist providers during examinations and procedures as needed. Ensure patient comfort and address basic patient needs. Prepare exam rooms with necessary supplies and equipment. Clinical Support Assist with specimen collection and basic clinical tasks within scope of practice. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Communicate patient concerns and needs to providers and nursing staff. Room and Clinic Maintenance Clean and prepare exam rooms between patients. Ensure efficient room turnover to maintain patient flow. Stock exam rooms and clinical areas with necessary supplies. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs (laundry and instrument sterilization). Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times. Team Support Collaborate with providers, nurses, reception staff, and management. Participate in staff meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Current CNA certification in the State of Montana. Current CPR/BLS certification preferred. Previous clinic or healthcare experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of EMR systems preferred. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist patients with mobility as needed. Frequent use of computers and medical equipment.
