Overview:

We are seeking experienced Lawn Care and Landscaping Technicians to join our landscape and grounds keeping team. Experienced Bush Hog operators (hourly rate is more for this position, and will be discussed directly with qualified candidates) also needed. This is a seasonal position with potential for being hired on full time.

Duties:

• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning
• Operate zero-turn and other type lawn mowers, power tools such as trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, mulching, fertilizing, and weed control.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery like excavators for landscaping projects or site preparation.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members on larger construction or landscaping projects to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating lawn care machinery and power tools.
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred.
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques including planting, pruning, and soil preparation.
• Ability to operate excavation equipment such as excavators is advantageous.
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
