Location: Hershey, Pennsylvania

Pay: $20/hour

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Must be flexible and willing to rotate shifts

Aerotek is seeking a reliable and flexible General Production Worker to join a dynamic manufacturing team. This role involves repetitive production tasks , operating equipment, and ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment to meet production goals
• Perform a variety of production tasks, including:
  • Line operation
  • Material handling
  • Packaging and inspection
• Ensure product quality by following specifications and conducting inspections
• Follow all food safety (GMP) and sanitation guidelines
• Complete routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and report mechanical or process issues
• Accurately document production data and performance metrics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency efforts
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hershey, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
