Communicate ongoing patient status and care plans with patients and healthcare team members. Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience. Administer medications utilizing advanced clinical documentation technology. Provide patient and family-centered care focused on health and wellness. Collaborate interdisciplinary to manage patient care plans from admission to discharge.
