Job Description:
Direct Hire (Permanent, long term positions) Several Shifts 15% shift premium for all shifts Excellent Benefits Growth potential
Primary Responsibilities:
- Setup, Operate, and Maintain CNC Swiss lathes
- Perform program edits, tooling changes, offsets
- Inspect parts using mics, calipers, gauges, etc...
- Read and interpret blueprints and spec sheets
- Train other operators, as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be able to maintain tight tolerances
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have setup experience on Swiss Lathes
