We’re hiring a Guest Service Associate to help welcome guests and run our Front Desk ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Guest Service Supervisor. What You’ll Do Welcome and check in guests with warmth, efficiency, and genuine attention to detail Manage reservations, guest accounts, and property management system accuracy Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with follow-through Build real knowledge of the hotel, its restaurant and bars, and the surrounding neighborhood Support Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to keep the guest experience seamless What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant customer service or hospitality experience Strong communication skills and composure under pressure Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Job Type $17.00 per hour | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) | New Orleans, LA Equal Opportunity Employer The Warbler is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
